PR at the Media Crossroads
The PRII annual conference takes place at the Clyde Court Hotel, Ballsbridge, on Thursday 25 April. "PR at the Media Crossroads" explores the evolving role of the PR professional in an increasingly complex media landscape and offers insights on delivering and measuring up in the new reality.

Kevin Backhurst, RTÉ’s Managing Director of News and Current Affairs was appointed in July 2012. The former deputy head of the BBC Newsroom is tasked with overhauling the State broadcaster’s Newsroom in the aftermath of the Prime Time Investigates and Frontline crises
Paddy Cosgrave, the Founder of F.ounders and the Web Summit series will speak on brand building in the digital age
Dr. Gavan Titley, Lecturer in Media Studies, NUI Maynooth, & Dr. Roderick Flynn, Lecturer at the School of Communications, DCU
Kay McCarthy, Managing Director, MCCP
Stephen Jio, Dell’s Social Media Expert will show delegates why social engagement across all employee levels and functions is essential, and how to implement it

Bookings are currently being accepted at a special Early Bird rate of €225 for PRII members and €325 for non-members.
