Australians set to showcase ‘clever and smart’ capability in communication at World Public Relations Forum

July 25, 2012

Australian capability in communication will be championed at the World Public Relations Forum in Melbourne this November with the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) and Brand Australia partnering to showcase the very best of the Australian PR and communication industry.

Michael Sheldrick, one of the Forum’s many highly regarded speakers, is an example of a smart and capable Australian competing globally. Michael is a campaigner, commentator, blogger and speaker on global issues. With a combination of expertise and passion, he has created campaigns that have made a significant difference to the lives of others. He is involved in creating high impact campaigns such as last year’s hugely successful The End of Polio campaign, which raised more than $100 million in support of global polio eradication efforts.

The World Public Relations Forum is a global gathering of influential communicators. It brings together leaders, practitioners, researchers and educators from around the world. The partnership between PRIA and Brand Australia creates the ideal platform to share the story of Australian capability.

Earlybird registration for the World PR Forum is now available for GA association members, and with savings of up to $300 now is the time to register—don’t miss out!
