Broad platform for PR Measurement Standards now available online

Last year the Global Alliance joined a coalition of industry leaders to create a broad platform of standards and best practices for public relations research, measurement and evaluation. The coalition, which includes the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the Institute for Public Relations (IPR), the Council of Public relations Firms and the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (Amec), brings together a great variety of opinions, taking into consideration the points of view of agencies, research providers, thought leaders and clients.

 

The platform provides a framework which can be applied across different public relations activities, such as traditional media relations, corporate communications and social media. This valuable resource is online and available at www.instituteforpr.org/researchstandards .
