Corporate reputation leaders learn to navigate with data Reputation Institute’s 2013 Annual Global Conference

Data-driven insights dominated the proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Corporate Reputation, Brand Identity and Competitiveness, which attracted 330 participants from 40 different countries, including 200 practitioners and 75 business communications scholars. 

 

From quantitative approaches to stakeholder relationship management to the latest research on the contribution of brand personality to overall reputation, the value of analytics-supported reputation management emerged as a key theme of the June 5-June 7 conference at the Arts Hotel in Barcelona.
