Global Alliance awards three international scholarships to EMScom16 participants
Lugano, Switzerland, March 3, 2014 – The Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, the confederation of the world's major public relations and communication management associations and institutions, awarded today scholarships to three participants to the 16th edition of the EMScom Executive Master of Science in Communications Management at USI Università della Svizzera italiana.
In the framework of its long-term strategic partnership with USI’s Executive Master of Science in Communications Management, one of Europe’s leading academic program focused on public relations and communication management, each year the Global Alliance provides a limited number of scholarships to deserving EMScom applicants living and working outside Switzerland.
“In today’s environment, where communication has become extremely pervasive, it’s vital for communicators to combine strategic perspectives with strong leadership skills. And EMScom is one of Europe’s leading academic program preparing its graduates with these competences” said Anne Gregory, Chair of the Global Alliance. “The Global Alliance is pleased to welcome three new communication professionals to our growing community of scholars. We are confident that they will give their valuable contribution to the Global Alliance’s mission of unifying the public relations profession, raising professional standards at a global level, sharing knowledge and being the global voice for public relations in the public interest.”
