Lugano, Switerland, February 27, 2012 – Daniel Tisch, Chair of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, will be among the featured speakers at the International Public Relations Association’s 20^th World Congress in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on March 14^th. Tisch will address the Congress on the theme of “From the Arab Street to Wall Street: Public Relations in the Age of Dialogue.”
