Global Alliance launches Partnership Campaign - Advisory Council

In introducing the new initiatives, Global Alliance chair John Paluszek explains that the organization now "offers the ideal platform - arguably, the unique platform - for global sharing of knowledge and experience as well as documenting its value, all a time of increasing demand for transparency and accountability that build dialogue, mutual understanding, trust and cooperation."
