Global Alliance welcomes applications for Executive Board members

March 23, 2009

The open Board positions include

Treasurer (replacement for current vacancy)

All seats are for a two-year term where board members are expected to take on specific files and tasks connected to their position, participate at several telephone meetings and, occasionally, attend face-to-face meetings including the Annual General Meetings .

Who is eligible?
Any individual member of societies/institutes classified as Global Alliance Full Members (national organisations). Their organisation's leadership must nominate these individuals. This is normally done following posting of the opportunity within the organisation.

What kind of work is involved?
