The Estonian Public Relations Association (EPRA) invites all public relations and communication management professionals to its conference on “How to measure the effectiveness of communication”, which will take place in Tallin on November 5th.

The issue of measuring the effectiveness of communication is of major importance all over the world and EPRA is proud to have the world’s leading experts in Estonia to share their knowledge and knowhow.

Anne Gregory, president of Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, is urging communication executives to take the leading role in companies.

Leading British top communication strategist Kevin Traverse-Healy will take delegates through the latest developments in communication measurement.

During the Conference a new tool will be introduced: Merlis Nõgene, head of communication of Eesti Energia, and Toomas Toots, CEO of Freqmedia, will present an application that allows organizations to assess the results of their media communication.
