New guidelines in communication best practice for associations launched by Dircom and Korazza emphasize developmental role

New guidelines, promoted by Korazza and supported by Dircom, provide advice for accomplishing effective and consistent communication in associations, both externally and towards the members.

 

Pablo Serrano, Secretary-General of Club Korazza, has emphasized the importance of communication as a development and professionalizing tool for associations.

 

Meanwhile, Sebastián Cebrián, General Manager at Dircom, has stressed the importance of strategy in developing a communication plan. Cebrián has also explained the importance of developing high quality PR actions, both towards external stakeholders and internal audiences. He has stressed the fact that all key aspects in the design of such actions are detailed in this Guidelines on Communication Best Practice for Associations which also guides us in implementing them within our organizations.
