PR Newswire and Global Alliance Extend Partnership Agreement
London, United Kingdom and Lugano, Switzerland May 21, 2014 - Two pioneering global PR organisations have joined forces again in a partnership deal designed to bring mutual benefit and help keep PR practitioners at the forefront of their industry.
Following a successful six months working relationship, two leading global public relations organisations have taken the decision to extend their agreement. The renewed deal brings together PR Newswire, the leading global provider of PR and corporate communication tools and the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, the confederation of the world’s major PR and communication management institutions with over 160,000 members across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
The Global Alliance’s partnership arrangement with PR Newswire is the latest in a line of strategic and supporting partnerships put in place by the organisation. It is a natural alliance between a global organisation representing practitioners around the world and an international news distribution organisation with global reach, both seeking to bring mutual benefit and to serve the professional public relations community worldwide.

Anne Gregory, Global Alliance Chair, said: “We are happy to renew our partnership with PR Newswire, a global organization which is strongly aligned with the Global Alliance goal of raising standards in the Public Relations profession. Both organizations work hard to be at the forefront of industry developments and we look forward to continuing this mutually-beneficial cooperation.”
