Tommy Lundberg to talk ‘Apeology’, productivity and interactivity at the Nordic, Baltic & Russian PR Leadership Forum
What can we learn, as business leaders, from chimpanzees? That’s the question to be posed by Tommy Lundberg, writer and author who will give the final keynote presentation at the Leadership Forum in June.
Tommy has written three books on the subject of leadership and communication, two of them with social scientist Ola Berggren. Tommy is a popular lecturer who talks about leadership and communication. Based on his recent book Apeology – Evolution for Managers and Leaders Tommy suggests that by studying our closest relatives among the animals, the chimpanzees, we can find ways to a more humane leadership and regain a lost sense of what makes people feel good and perform better in groups.
Tommy will address, among others, the following questions: Why do we think we are rational, while in reality we are, oh, so emotional? Is it possible to increase your company's productivity with coffee? Why should a modern leader move from authority to interactivity?
As the headline of Tommy’s speech suggests: “This is the lecture you have been waiting for, for six million years. “ You don’t want to miss it!
Tommy Lundberg has his background in the advertising industry, working as copywriter and creative leader for 25 years, with clients such as Apple, Audi, Ericsson, H&M, IKEA, OMX and SAS amongst others.
