Attendees at the Global Alliance Stockholm World Public Relations Forum will recall the stirring address on public relations delivered by World Economic Forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab. Now comes a new, provocative and detailed WEF report suggesting that "the frequency and severity of risks to global stability have amplified, while the ability of global governance systems to deal with them has not."
