Each year an elite group of esteemed international public relations and communication professionals and academics is selected to review the entries and identify the shortlist across the categories. Judging is a rigorous process where a fair and balanced evaluation is ensured and where only the very best public relations and communication management campaigns and academic case studies worldwide emerge as finalists.


The judges may select one Global Alliance COMM PRIX Awards winner and one Award of Distinction per category.

The Global Alliance COMM PRIX Award entries are scored using a five-point scale of excellence:


5 Score indicates the entry is very effective,exceptionally thorough, innovative, original, highly creative, and meets highest standards.
4 Score indicates the entry is effective.
3 Score indicates the entry is somewhat effective, competent but ordinary, typical for this category or fully acceptable.
2 Score indicates the entry is somewhat ineffective.
1 Score indicates the entry is considered ineffective, unimpressive, undocumented, incomplete or with missing elements.


Score indicates section omissions, no attempt made.


All judges sign a Confidentiality document prior to starting the judging process.

Judges will also be expected to recuse themselves in case of conflict of interest.
