Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management announces its Annual General Meeting will take place virtually on Sunday 2nd May 2021 at 12 noon Lisbon, Portugal (GMT).
In preparation for the Annual General Meeting please find below the following documents:

2. Minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting
3. Global Alliance President’s AGM Report 2020
5. Proposed Amendments to the Global Alliance Bylaws
6. Nominations Received for Global Alliance Board Election 2021-22
7. Nomination Committee Report
8. Meeting link details have been issued to members in good standing on the 30th April 2021
Should you be unable to attend the AGM, we would appreciate if you could forward your proxy form to appoint a voting delegate as your proxy. This may be delegated to the Global Alliance President Justin Green, a Board Member or another delegate in good standing attending the meeting.
The Nominating Committee Report, which includes all candidates standing for election to the Board of Global Alliance at the 2021 AGM, any proposed amendments to the Bylaws, the Financial Report, Annual Report including the President’s highlights, meeting link details for meeting and/or any other motions properly received will be published in this page.
Any member may propose an agenda items for the Annual General Meeting provided that the item is sent to the General Secretariat (cao@globalalliancepr.org) in writing, with a brief explanation, at least 15 days before the date of the meeting.
