Improved Communication in a time of Covid-19

The PR industry is an industry that focuses on influence. What we do exerts more influence on the people around us and the world than other industries. Therefore, with the Covid-19 pandemic still raging, I think health is generally divided into physical health, mental health and social health. Today, I would like to mainly talk about "the social health".

It is undeniable that Covid-19 has had an impact on the whole society, and our industry is not immune. The daily work plan and content have changed greatly, and the flexible working time is also full of uncertainty. During this period, everyone's heart and body are suffering and people are eagerly looking forward to the end of the pandemic.

Although after nearly two years, the global situation has generally improved with the emergence of vaccines, we are still particularly concerned about the latest progress of the pandemic. The disclosure of daily new infections, deaths, region, job and contact history reminds people that they can't relax their vigilance even when the pandemic situation has improved. As a professional in public communication, I think that by further improving the current publicity strategy and content, we can better alleviate people's concerns about Covid-19.

As long as we strengthen personal protection and practice isolation measures, we are fully capable of dealing with it. This kind of communication has played a good role in enhancing public confidence and overcoming difficulties.

The heart of Public Relations is influence. I think we should strengthen positive and comprehensive communication and publicity before the epidemic is over, so as to create positive social relations and influence. Although the overall situation of the epidemic has been effectively controlled, we should not relax our vigilance, pay attention to the changes of the epidemic, and use our professional knowledge to make more active, comprehensive and effective publicity; In addition, we should also more actively advocate that everyone should do a good job in personal protection, wear masks, maintain social distance, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated. The end of the epidemic and the dawn of victory are at hand, and we can work together to pass the trial of this era. I hope all colleagues do a good job in personal protection, exercise, drink more water and maintain a balanced nutrition; At the same time, maintain a good attitude. Start from everyone and let’s welcome the dawn of victory together.
