The role of corporate and employee communication is not to inform or share, but to listen, empower and tap the power of your strongest advocates – your staff to influence your brand and reputation positively.
The pandemic has brought sweeping changes to the world of workplaces and workforces. We hear of the ‘great resignation’, ‘quiet quitting’, remote/hybrid work, B2B, demographics changes, a growing employee-led market and increasing expectations from brands on societal concerns etc.. Aniisu K. Verghese Ph.D. is an award-winning corporate communications and social responsibility practitioner with over 22 years of experience in leading multinational organizations. Aniisu has spoken at international communication conferences on 4 continents sharing contemporary insights and practices. He serves as the Director of Communications at a leading global capability center at Krakow, Poland. Aniisu is the author of Internal Communications – Insights, Practices and Models (2012) and Get Intentional (2021) and is passionate about engaging communicators and students through workshops, speaking engagements, teaching assignments and blogging.
