Global Alliance host Carrer World and Jobs World webinars as part of Student and Young Practitioner Month
To celebrate “Student and Young Practitioner Month,” the Global Alliance for PR and Communication Management, a confederation of the world’s major PR and communication management associations and institutions around the world, has come up with career-defining activities aimed at stirring the hearts and minds of students and young practitioners looking to join the ranks of PR professionals in the future.
We believe that your support as well as that of your organization is crucial in ensuring the success of our events. In line with this, may we request assistance in helping promote our live-streaming events?
The first event is called Career World, a career orientation-type of seminar for students aimed at building awareness about PR and the wide array of career opportunities that are available for them. It will be held on Monday, November 28, at 11 AM (GMT) with no less than esteemed speakers from the academe and industry experts engaging the students in a dialogue and panel discussion about the vital role they’ll play once they join the industry.
The second event is called Jobs World, a series of panel discussions where industry experts will be asked to share their experiences while working in PR-related fields like investor relations, media, marketing, and similar other professions. It will be held on Tuesday, November 29, at 11 AM (GMT), and will culminate with an online jobs fair where regional member institutions will be asked to post their job hiring needs.
With these events, our ultimate goal is for the Alliance to be able to share timely and relevant knowledge that can benefit PR students and young professionals who are keen on advancing their communications practice.
