Global Alliance European Regional Summit Lisbon takes place on 16-17 March 2023

TRENDS AND TRANSFORMATION MONTH

March 2023 sees the very first Global Alliance European Regional Summit, which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on 16-17 March 2023, to celebrate its third global Trends and Transformation Month.

This summit, organised by the European Regional Council of the Global Alliance for PR and Communications Management, will bring together for the first time PR experts and leaders of major national communications associations from the whole of Europe.

It will be a unique opportunity for the associations’ leaders to network with senior practitioners across the region, share best practice and discuss key matters affecting our profession. It will also provide an opportunity to participate in the launch of a new European level collaboration in PR and Communications management, which we will build together making us stronger and more effective.

Our programme consists of three communications pillars:

· Working together and experiencing the Global Alliance family and benefits through the many global projects

· Thinking together about the trends and transformations impacting our profession and contributing to the discussions on key topics such as sustainability, the future of work, innovation and ethics.

· Improving together our collaboration and providing Global Alliance members with added value to meet associations’ needs.

We encourage all GA members and all Regional Councils to support the Trends and Transformations month by organising events and submitting articles, videos, podcasts to address the challenges from their various perspectives. Do please promote these through social media with the month’s hashtag #PRTrends2023. Your contributions will be very welcome!
By embracing closer collaboration between the members of the Global Alliance we can all grow, learn from each other and open new channels for communication, leading to ever-higher standards of professionalism. A close, inclusive culture, which brings our family of PR organisations closer together, will benefit us all.
