Open Call for the Supply of Administrative Office and Duties for Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management - Service Contract

 

Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management seeks services from professional organisations specialising in public relations and communication.

These services are intended to support Global Alliance in fulfilling its mission.

Supply of services:

Global Alliance invites proposals from eligible organizations that can provide the following services:

1.      Official address

2.       IT Devices for Head Office use

3.      Data cloud for Global Alliance and Head Office use

4.      Regular meetings with the President and/or with the CAO

5.      Conference calls with membership and Directors

6.      Monthly Newsletter

7.      Postal mail management

8.      Survey research and management

9.      Supporting content and issuing media releases

10.  Design services for communication, social media posts, certificates

11.  Information technology and website support

12.  In total support of approximately 10 to 15 hours per month.

 

Requested Information:

Interested organizations are required to submit a proposal including cost per month and outlining their approach in meeting the supply of services. Proposals should also include an organizational profile and supporting documentation demonstrating their qualifications to assist the Global Alliance in fulfilling its mission. Furthermore, the Global Alliance welcomes organizations to propose additional benefits or forms of support that could be unique between them and the Global Alliance.
