The Vietnamese Public Relations Network (VNPR) hosted Global Alliance´s President & CEO, Justin Green, and Global Alliance´s CAO, Mateus Furlanetto in a series of activities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. VNPR became the first association in Vietnam to become member of Global Alliance and UEH University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City became the first university in the country to join Global Alliance.

The Kuala Lumpur International PR Conference KILP 23, organized by World Communications in partnership with the Institute Public Relations Malaysia - IPRM, ASEAN Public Relations Network – APRN and the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management took place on 8th November 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management led the world in celebrating the global public relations and communications profession during October. Throughout the month, 78 member organisations joined together to showcase and celebrate the critical work being done by public relations and communications professionals around the globe.

Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR, Founder & CEO, LSPR Institute of Communication & Business and President of ASEAN PR Network in grateful recognition for her enduring commitment and visionary guidance in unifying the Public Relations and Communication profession worldwide.

Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) announced Jean Valin, APR, Fellow CPRS, Honorary Fellow CIPR as the winner of Atlas Award for Lifetime Achievement in International Public Relations 2022. The award will be presented during ICON 2022, being held Nov. 13-15 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

ASEAN PUBLIC RELATIONS NETWORK (APRN) in Association with the GLOBAL ALLIANCE FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT (Global Alliance) and LSPR Institute of COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS (LSPR) held the STUDIUM GENERALE with Association PR Leaders in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The President and CEO of Global Alliance, Justin Green, met the board of Global Alliance´s member PERHUMAS - Public Relations Association of Indonesia on 1 November 2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Boy Kelana, Chairman of PERHUMAS awarded Justin Green the PERHUMAS Pin and Life Fellow and Global Ambassador for his support for the development of the Public Relations profession worldwide. This year PERHUMAS is celebrating its 50 anniversary.

As part of the Global Alliance World PR & Communications Month, the Global Alliance´s European Regional Council gathered in Munich, Germany from 7 to 9 October 2022 to plan for the upcoming activities and to boost the collaboration across Europe.

To celebrate “Student and Young Practitioner Month” this November, Global Alliance is putting together a series of career-defining online festivities designed to further stir the hearts and minds of students and young practitioners looking to join the ranks of PR professionals in the future.

Senior Leaders from Government and private sector were in Mombasa, Kenya from 26 to 27 October attending Leadership Communication Training. The training was jointly organised by Peterson Integrated Communications Ltd and Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communications (ZIPRAC), both members of Global Alliance.
