Global Alliance´s Health & Wellbeing Month took place in advance of World Mental Health Day promoted by WHO
World Mental Health Day is celebrated annually on October 10, under the responsibility of the World Health Organization. In anticipation, the Global Alliance ran in September, the first truly global Health & Wellbeing Month through a social media campaign aimed at increasing awareness to the theme, this year even more prominent by the issues associated with COVID-19.
We all know the impacts of the pandemic in this field, changing social interaction between people all over the world! That is why is crucial to keep maintaining a good mindset and behavioral balance of the physical, emotional or psychological, social, spiritual, intellectual and economic dimensions.
Global Alliance shared multiple content on the multi-dimensions of Health & Wellbeing with the online engagement of thousands of professionals from Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Indonesia, Ireland, New Zealand, Nigeria, Peru, Portugal, United States, United Kingdom, among others, covering all over the globe. And, to continue the conversation, Global Alliance has posted all shared resources in one location, with links to reports, articles, videos, guides, and policies focusing Health & Wellbeing. These resources are available to the Public Relations & Communication community, as part of our support to the profession during COVID-19, on Global Alliance’s website at https://www.globalalliancepr.org/health-wellbeing-month-september-2020
Thank you, to each and every one of you for your participation, continuous support and engagement!
